St. Luke's Diabetes Care Center

Diabetes Care

Because diabetes is a condition that many people live with, we believe that treatment and education should be readily available for diabetic patients-- and conveniently located, as well. That’s why we founded the Diabetes Care Center at St. Luke’s Hospital. When it opened in 2008, it was the area’s first comprehensive care center for diabetes. Here, you can learn everything you need to know about managing your diabetes. From meal plans to exercise plans and everything in between, we can help you take control of your health and learn to live well with diabetes.

Annual Diabetes Review Course: The more you know about diabetes, the better you are able to manage your disease and feel good about your health. This course is designed both for people who are newly diagnosed with diabetes and for those who have lived with diabetes for a long time. We give you the most up-to-date information available about living with diabetes, so we encourage you to attend this course once a year. We offer this course several times a year so that you can be sure to find a session that fits your schedule.
